Practice Areas

  • Business Practices and Formation

  • Corporate Growth and Governance

  • Technology and Licensing Agreements

  • Intellectual Property

  • Data Privacy and Cybersecurity

Somya has positioned her practice to merge her passion for entrepreneurship, innovation and the law, by focusing more on startups, early stage companies, entity formation, data privacy and cybersecurity, blockchain, intellectual property matters, contractual issues and general day-to-day business advice. Her first-hand experience in these areas gives her a deeper understanding and unique business perspectives that help her relate to the clients’ needs and vision.
