Through his years of service with the Office of Information Policy of the United States Department of Justice, Patrick became proficient at analyzing and translating rules and other requirements into plain language in order to help guide government agencies, attorneys, and the general public. His prior experience includes providing guidance to government attorneys on how to apply the Freedom of Information Act, leading the review of agencies’ annual reporting, and managing a number of complex projects. He has assisted numerous clients in forming their business entities, complying with applicable securities laws, and otherwise serving their business needs, and he also assists nonprofit entities at any stage.

Patrick lives in Lake Oswego with his wife Shea, daughter Jill, and beagle Fledge. He enjoys reading history books and hiking.
