Elizabeth started her law career as part of a large transactional IP group managing global trademark portfolios before expanding her practice into serving companies in all stages of the business life cycle. With a background as a technical writer in the early days of the internet, Elizabeth has a unique and valuable perspective on the trials and triumphs of entrepreneurship.
Elizabeth enjoys working with businesses owners to identify intellectual property assets and develop prioritized protection strategies encompassing both formal protection and internal protocols. She also counsels on general business matters including drafting and negotiating applicable contracts including license, service, sale/purchase, manufacturing, and operating agreements. She finds the most fulfilling aspect of her practice to be working with her clients on creative strategies to unlock the path forward.
When not lawyering, Elizabeth is busy raising three teenagers with her very patient husband. When time allows, she sneaks away for precious time with dear friends.
