Matt is a corporate attorney with a professional background in medical device sales within the durable medical equipment, orthopedic surgery, and orthodontic fields. He uses his business and legal knowledge to advise private emerging and growth-stage companies on corporate, finance, real estate, and securities issues.
Matt adds value as a strategic business partner to entrepreneurs and provides clients with business advice and network connections whenever possible, in addition to legal counsel.
